​Nicole completed her reiki training in 2017 and is excited to start practising at TLC to help people on their healing journey. 

Reiki helps in relaxation, reducing stress, and potentially easing pain and other symptoms by moving off energy within the body to 'clear' chakras. This is done by putting hands on or above your body. Reiki is suitable for all ages - even children! 

As a special for the month of August, reiki healings are discounted to $50, that's a $30 saving!
