Katie is a qualified yoga teacher and prenatal yoga teacher with a Bachelor of Physical Education (P–12). With a deep passion for yoga, pregnancy, birth and women’s wellbeing, she brings both professional knowledge and personal experience to her teaching.
Currently pregnant herself, Katie understands the physical and emotional journey of pregnancy firsthand and creates a warm, supportive space for women to move, breathe and connect with their bodies throughout every stage of the pregnancy journey.
