A NOTE ON SCOLIOSIS
|
Scoliosis is a sideways curvature of the spine that can develop during growth and may not always be obvious.
As part of this screening, we may observe general signs of asymmetry, such as uneven shoulders, differences in hip height, or changes in posture. It is more commonly identified during periods of growth, often between ages 10–15. This screening is not a diagnosis. If any findings suggest that further assessment may be appropriate, we will explain your options, which may include a more comprehensive examination or referral where appropriate. |
