We will cover exercises, stretches and important do's and don'ts of pregnancy to make sure you are doing your best to prepare for birth.
Drs James and Jenna Evans D.C. are the only registered Spinning Babies Aware Practitioners in Australia. Together with their certification in the Webster technique, they have set up TLC Birth and Beyond to be a centre for all pregnant mums and dads as they begin and continue their parenting journey. Dr James is now one of the lead facilitators of pregnancy based chiropractic care in Australia and runs several trainings in the major capital cities throughout the year.
