Lisa’s professional journey began with her deep passion for Yoga, discovered during her extensive travels. She trained intensively and spent significant time in India, immersing herself in the rich traditions and practices of Yoga. This experience provided her with a profound understanding of breath work and Yoga asana, key elements that create a deep connection to self and inner peace. These foundational practices are integral to her holistic approach to healing. Despite the benefits Yoga brought her, Lisa encountered significant personal obstacles, particularly in navigating challenging relationships. Seeking deeper healing, she discovered Hypnotherapy, which proved transformative in addressing her past traumas. Inspired by the rapid changes she experienced, Lisa pursued certification as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, equipping her with the skills to assist others in their healing journeys. Lisa’s unique approach integrates the principles of Yoga, Trauma informed Life Coaching, and Hypnotherapy, creating a comprehensive path to well being. She believes in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—to create a balanced and harmonious healing experience. She enjoys working with children, teens and adults across a wide range of issues, including; depression and anxiety, panic attacks, fears and phobias, food issues and addictions, healthier lifestyle choices, PTSD, healing after separation and narcissistic abuse recovery.
