Libby's prenatal classes are designed to deepen your connection with your body and your baby to enhance your enjoyment of your pregnancy.
The classes will guide you to a place of confidence in your birthing wisdom and provide tools to draw on during labour. Find some ease for low back pain and neck and shoulder tightness, develop a connection with your pelvic floor, release any stress or tension through beautiful breath practices and guided relaxation.

Learn yoga practices for optimising your fertility health.
The focus of these sessions will be on poses that increase circulation to the reproductive system and practices that aid in balancing hormones and increasing vitality whilst reducing muscular tension. The emphasis of the practices will be on the breath, relaxation and gently opening muscles around the hips and pelvis. Restorative poses and relaxation techniques are included to soothe the nervous system and calm the mind.
This will be an experiential workshop with take home practice that you can include in your daily life.
Your facilitator, Kimberley Roberts, has been teaching yoga for 17 years. She has completed teacher training and certification with Satyananda Yoga Academy, the International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA), Mark Whitwell of the Heart of Yoga and Restorative Yoga teacher training with Judith Hansen Laster. Receiving much of her inspiration from nature, Kimberley’s vision is of inspiring daily yoga practice and a yogic lifestyle that reveals great richness and depth in everyday experiences.
